So last year, I got three perfumes from another country. But then days went by, no package arrived, and I totally forgot about it. When I hit up the company for a refund or for them to send it again, they said you gotta talk about problems within 7 days of getting it. I told them, "Hey, I didn't even get the package!" How am I supposed to talk about it in 7 days if I never got the thing? They kept saying I should've known when it got delivered. They won't give me my money back or send another one. Ugh, I'm just so mad and needed to vent.
